Welcome to PACT, where we’re busy changing our communities one life at a time, each and every day.

Who We Are

As an innovative leader in best-practice solutions for community-based criminal justice, we provide

  • Services to help justice involved persons and victims, as well as their families and communities, heal the scars of criminal behavior
  • Proven solutions for creating safer communities
  • Cost-effective resources and alternatives for prevention, correction, and healing

PACT operates in an open, collaborative partnership with other agencies and resources to solve the problems that stem from criminal behavior. We challenge individuals and organizations to become part of the solution and invite you to join us. Click here to explore donor and volunteer opportunities.

Our Mission

Since 1971, PACT has been a pioneer in community-based justice and programs designed to provide community service restitution. PACT was the first in the nation to offer a victim-offender reconciliation program. Today, that dual focus drives the many programs and services we offer and fuels our mission.

Our Mission
We facilitate change in the lives of people and we challenge organizational systems for the purpose of improving the change process.

Our Vision
As leaders in community safety we will be advocates for change in both individual lives and organizational systems.
